Annual Retention Fee

The Annual Retention Fee (ARF), in line with the provisions of Article 170 of Act No. XIII of 2015, ‘Budget Measure Implementation Act’ , is automatically due in January of each year, together with a duly filled Declaration Form in line with the provisions of Legal Notice 84 of 2014, Indemnity Insurance for Healthcare Professionals Regulations, 2014, and the Press Release issued by the Ministry for Health, PR140142, dated 29th January 2014.

Payments in person will be accepted by Ms Joanne Vella (Room 18, SLH-OPD, Level 1, St Luke’s Square, G’Mangia) between Monday- Wednesday and Friday from 08.30 till 13.00, however ideally an appointment is set in advance in order to ensure availability. An email is to be sent at [email protected].
