Dr Simon Micallef Stafrace graduated as a lawyer from the University of Malta in 1986 and furthered his studies with a ‘Master of Laws’ conferred by the University of Malta in 1992.

His was first appointed as President of the Medical Council in September 2020 and has been re-appointed for a second term till end August 2026.
